How It Works:
(1) Fill out the month and dates first.
(2) Set your "No Spend Rules": these would be your WANTS or categories that you tend to overspend in. For example: eating out, impulse shopping.
(3) Set your "Exceptions": these are purchases that you might consider essential for everyday living - For example: gas, groceries, household items, etc.
Some months will have more "SPEND" days than others and that is okay! However, it is also good to be aware of and hold yourself accountable for any unnecessary expenses throughout the month.
