Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Please double-check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. If approved, cancellations can be refunded via the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to approval. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with the details of your request, and we will review it promptly. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and will assess each exchange request on a case-by-case basis.
Each item is meticulously crafted from scratch by hand. While we are dedicated to achieving perfection, minor imperfections may be present in some items, and errors might occur. For any questions or inquiries, feel free to reach out to us at assist@minimalisticbudget.com.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items, or gift cards.
Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
Redemption: Minimalistic Budget gift cards ("Gift Cards") may only be redeemed toward purchases of eligible products on the Minimalistic Budget online store.
No Expiration Date: Gift Cards do not expire and have no fees.
Non-Refundable: Gift Cards are non-refundable, and their cash value cannot be exchanged for cash or credit except where required by law.
No Resale or Transfer: Gift Cards may not be resold or transferred for value. Gift Cards obtained through unauthorized channels will be considered void and invalid.
Limitations: Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Additionally, they cannot be used for purchases on third-party websites or stores.
Use of Gift Card Balance: The balance on a Gift Card can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is fully depleted. If a purchase exceeds the balance on the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with an alternative payment method.
Non-Transferable: Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual.
Compliance with Laws: By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Modification of Terms: Minimalistic Budget reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
